Incredibly, several thousand copies have been sold and read on Kindle around the world. More continue to sell every week - it’s humbling.

I’ve trained a bank’s helpdesk team. I’ve trained vendor helpdesk teams, the program has become mandatory onboarding for many MSPs and I’ve stood up and spoken about the subject around the world. What a journey it’s been.

It all started with a very simple idea. Help technicians get better at creating relationships and dealing with customers.
